The sheer number of Goo Balls, the high towermass of the Albinos, and the fact that Albinos don't build terribly well anyway, makes this level a lot more difficult than it needs to be. Consider making the goal 8 or so and removing 33 of the Goo Balls for the same result. You can probably also cut down the timebugprobability to half what it is currently and you'll be fine.
Other than that, not bad. Published.
