I'd recommend turning OFF the timebugs in this level...
If you hit one (even accidentally) it messes up the hinges on the wheels, and it becomes very difficult (if not impossible) to move the truck.
Other than that... very inventive level!

In fact, you do not have it alone and it is decorated to increase the difficulty.
PS:You have to use the car after the bombing of the "timebug".
