This is my first level that I uploaded. Hope that you enjoy! 
I made a second version of the level and the new OCD is 52 moves

Pretty ok level. The level is very messy but I guess that's the point. Also you don't have to use the bomb to explode the barrier. You can just wack a gooball through it and go through it, and the OCD is possible, I got 45 Moves

Ok so I tested the new version and here are the issues. You can still go through the barrier without the bomb. The way to fix this is by clicking the level tab in the editor. Then scroll up to the first thing, it should say "level" with a pipe-looking icon next to it. Click it and find something that says "strandgeom". Change it to True and it should be able to stop any gooballs cutting through objects.
