That's right, can't collect Bit, if can collect to Bit, is modified Level (5 SEC! Good!)

Its hard to understand you but i think i know what your asking.
The level would need modifying to reach the bit, it would need to be lowered to about here. But theres no real need to collect it unless its needed to complete the level.
