The level seems okay, although I'm not sure if I solved it correctly. Remember the Laws of Stickybombs: they can be used to spread fire anywhere or blow up anything, even if you can't build a fuse path all the way to the fire, and they can wake up any Goo Balls you want. If you blow up one block at the top you can take the stickybomb down and wake up the sleeping goo on the right without building down there.

If you're sure this is intended, and if you flip the signpost poles around (they're upside down), I'll publish.

What the hell! The most it just okay. That my level it's awsome. That is buliding. But the center it's little path. Just strand albino to the bottom right not left bottom. After the bottom right connected,go to the little path. Sticky bombs? Hey i already take break. So you can destroy the block walls. Strand the fuse,after that,now put the sticky in the block walls (At top sides).

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand you. It sounds like you're telling me the solution to the level. I can solve it, but I'm trying to tell you that there are unintended solutions. I'll try to make a video explaining. It's very easy to solve the level without doing it the way you intended, and I thought you might want to fix that.
