Hi, Brandon.
It's a good start; how about expanding on the idea a little more so it's even less like the original Tower of Goo? And please add a screenshot as well.

Much better! Just a couple points:
-The pipe vertices have to be at 90-degree angles for the pipe to show up correctly ingame. If you start from the opening and work your way down the pipe, clicking and dragging on vertices will autosnap them to 90-degree angles.
-The water Goo Balls dangling near the pipe make the level easy to skip, since you can build straight from them. Maybe move them farther apart so you can't connect them or make them asleep also.
