Use only non-collectable goos to build. Build along floor from right to left, connecting to first red goo. Nudge common black towards right to wake it. Use it to wake left water goo. Use black to hang from watergoo. Swing to wake the ISH structure. Connect ISH structure to pipe with 2 blacks. Connect ISH structure to lower black chain with another common black. Total collected = 22. I had just enough goos to do this. Needs some speed (not a lot) to prevent ISH structure from moving away from pipe and right ISH/reds from retracting.
Seems to be only one way to achieve OCD. I have not got max collected and OCD at same time.
