Since I hate these ad-ridden file download sites so much, I've changed it so specific packages here can have non-goomod files uploaded. If I've already done this for your package, you'll see a "You can upload non-goomod files" message on the upload form.

For new packages that need non-goomod files, create the package and then send me the URL and I'll enable this feature.

N.B. this doesn't fix the 20MB file size limit (yet)
