I'm using GooTool 0.10.1.197 on Linux, and I'm having trouble using my Linux pers2.dat (instead of the version created with the Windows version using Wine).

When I point GooTool to the file at $HOME/.WorldOfGoo/pers2.dat the tool hangs. When if I edit the path in the Gootool config file (at .java/something/gootool/prefs.xml) the tool starts but hangs while displaying "Locating profile"; the progress bar moves, but no further progress is made.

The files should be compatible between Windows and Linux though, so I'm not sure what's wrong. If you want the file to test with, send me an e-mail message.
