profile won't refresh

This is kind of odd. I'm not sure why this happens, but whenever I refresh gootool, only a hand full of completed levels show up. In reality, I've completed every single level, as well as achieved OCD on each one. Any ideas as to how this might happen?
EDIT: I've checked the pers2.dat, and it seems that there's been a format change
E.G.
Old:GoingUp,11,3,15
New:0,_b:Drained:48.00:661
That's your WoGC tower. Are some levels appearing after this? they shouldn't be.
So new levels don't appear? Then how am I supposed to get an all OCD achievement if new levels don't appear?

No, they're supposed to appear before the tower. Is that not the case? The tower is supposed to be the last thing in the file. http://goofans.com/developers/game-file-formats/profile-file-format
Could I just copy and paste my pers2.dat here?
