could zip file can be uploaded as levels and then site automaticaly turns it into goomod file?

Just rename it to "yourlevelname".goomod
(zip'd version)

Yes, just rename the .zip to .goomod; this is an unnecessary feature and would interfere with the uploading of real zips (e.g. gootool, wogeditor). Not going to happen.
