i want to make WOG levels and WOG balls and i want to ask you all this : is there a WOG guide like some videos that show how to make levels .can any 1 tell me what do i need to make WOG levels and bals and other stuff ?
EDIT : why when some 1 writes in the forum letters aaree missingg in some words ?
is this a bug in the forum ?
About your first question. It is complicated. The WoG guide is a video and that's the best guide for WoG editor. Other useful stuff can be found here at goofans. Read carefully Developers section: http://goofans.com/developers

but i cant understand how to put music :@ i tried to drag the some song in the resource bar but it didnt work .can you tell me how to put songs in the wog editor ?

Go to resource tab on your middle right side. Now right click Resources on the upper right then add child Sound. It will appear in the lower window. fill the id and the path. path must be in the WoG resources folder like "res/sound/mylevel"
