What does the anchor mean for the image parameters in the World of goo level editor?

Hello. Sorry for my English. There is an anchor in the picture parameters. I couldn't find any information about it. I know there is a ball - anchor. But this does not apply to balls. Can you please explain what this means. (anchor: "select geometry")

I don't think it does anything. Buttons also have an anchor parameter which allow you to assign buttons to geometry (both static and non-static). The anchor parameter for scene-layers likely would have had the same functionality, but was scrapped and instead they just allowed you to add images to geometry directly.

I made goomods.
