I was having the problem where goo would not start at all. Then I followed the advice here and changed the 3 libraries from http://goofans.com/forum/world-of-goo/support/3581. As I have a 64 bit system, I followed the instruction for libs64 replacement.

Now compiz crashes upon startup. I see a change in video resolution and then I have to force a keystroke logout to get control of the computer back.

Now what do I do?
