This mod edits the balls.xml file in the balloon folder and adds eyes to the balloon gooballs. I think no one ever thought of this before,and this is my first goomod!

Please make sure not to use the override directory for XMLs, as they need to be encrypted differently for PC/Mac. GooTool automatically handles encryption when installing a mod.
Instead, use the compile directory to replace original files or, even better, create an XSL file to merge changes into the original XML if you just want to change or extend an existing XML. Made an XSL now.
