This is my first level, the artwork is rather simple
and OCD is not easy, but I hope you'll have fun anyway.

Pretty tricky. Took some thoughtwork (which is good! I like thinking!). Cool music too. By the way, can I get Doom somewhere? I've never played it.

That shop has been out of business for years now, btw...
I love the music, too. Used to listen to this song over and over again some years ago. It's especially powerful when you know the situation in which you are "supposed" to hear it. After you beat the last level of Doom II, Icon of Sin, which is pretty much "Hell on Earth".
Getting Doom and other old id games is not easy. You cannot legally download them free of charge, if that's what you mean. You have to be lucky to find a shop which still has some boxes, or try looking on eBay. I found such a shop some 7 years ago and basically bought all games at once.
You definitely have to play Doom and Doom II (and many other incredibly great games of that era). After 16 years, imo, it's even better to pirate Doom than never have played it.
Edit: Just read that Doom is distributed over Xbox Live Arcade and Steam.

I noticed that the 2 lower black goos in the initial black squares seem to easily change position (they do not detach, only move towards each other). This does not affect gameplay, so is a minor thing. To test this, build one green goo to the black square then add pokey between the green goo and the wall. Pokey should be as low as possible to amplify the pull effect. Then add another pokey to the opposite side, again between green goo and wall. Both black goos will then be moved out of their initial position.

Generally yes, although I'm not that much of a Mario guy and we should of course discuss details on a per-level/project basis.

Occasionally had the same behavior, but decided that it wasn't that much of a problem. The effect I got when making the strands even stronger - as originally intended - was much worse. Don't yet have those ball parameters figured out properly.

Nice level you got, OCDed it! I transfer all the black goos to the other structure, then I use Ivys and Pokeys to build and shift from node to node until it reaches to the pipe.
I have 212 levels on my profile, singles and groups.
