From the screenshot, they look fluffy, almost like dust bunny balls.
I'll try it out...

It is good!
And you're right, when you put it in the game, they look more like scribbles and less like dust bunnies.
Anyway, when there are a lot of the scribble goos walking on a structure of scribble goos, they're a little hard to see, which is a really cool effect. (I like it, anyway!)
Overall, I gave it a rating of 4 because it is definitely above average, but not quite as cool as your burger goos. I really like your burger goos.
I can tell you're not settling for the mediocre in your goomods. Keep it up, and I bet we'll start seeing some really cool levels and ball styles from people like you!

Hmmm... Are you following the example here?
Modmaking Example
Double-check that in the final step you're zipping the compile and res folders and the addin.xml file rather than zipping the folder all these are in.
I make that mistake myself all the time...
Other than that, I'm clueless...

On a different note, the scribble goos look like they're based off of the burger goos when viewed against a black background (They are colored like your burgers are). I opened the body.png file and looked at it, and it looked all black, though. I'm confused. Anyway, it doesn't detract from their coolness much.

It also might be easier to modify an existing goomod instead of creating one from scratch. Just tweak a couple .xml files and replace the level files with your own and you're done!
If you could create a level, I'm sure it would be great!
