I must be missing something cos my cannon don't fire!. Powder then block, nothing, Block then powder, nothing.
Text in sign has typo "old"?

Signopst says that there is something more to do than only put Powder and block inside. You should give some pressure on the block, to put burning side of powder-element into fire.

OK, I got OCD.
Five comments.
1. Goos hide just off screen at left edge of ledge.
2. Pokey can go awry in barrel and end up stuck in rock next to it. (I have screen shot if you need proof).
3. Firing is very hit and miss.
4. Firing is spectacular. Great effect.
5. subtitle should be "shoot" [shot]

2 moves, 1st to drop powder, and 2nd to attach a balloon to a line of Ivy to reach the pipe.
