alright so I can tell that you are a beginner, so let me tell you some things that can improve your level:
1. instead of the gooballs gathering on the first platform, maybe place them on the bottom of the level
2. for the large gear, use the rotation animation and give it a speed of around 2. Also give the geometry of the gear a "deadly" tag
3. groundtiles are not the best choice for platforms, something better would be main_mid from impalesticky
4. the water in this level looks weird, I dont think it is required for this level
5. spread your clouds out more, some clouds should be larger and have a depth of around 50, and the other clouds should be smaller and have a depth of -70. Also remove most of the clouds that are around the pipe
6. the level needs more scenery ex; bushes, particles and trees would make it look much better
7. if you do make these changes, be sure to add a lot more gooballs and timebugs because a lot of gooballs will die from the gear
