It needs background music. I couldn't hear anything.
It's a good concept that requires timing - but the wait before you get to try and shoot the balls is too long. Perhaps you should try to change the starting position of the rotating platforms?
If you do this, it'll be better.

Given the amount of trial and error required (even after determining angle of rotation during delay), the starting position is too far away and the wait (in silence) is quite frustrating. Also, 3 of 3 isn't too lenient; you should make accuracy the OCD, not the timing. It's not too hard to find the optimal firing pattern (its a greedy search) after determining angles of fire. As is, you either get the OCD or don't clear the level. Besides these considerations, this is a pretty neat idea.
Also, space is a vacuum, but.... like ObeliX said, background music would be nice. After all, we can hear the whistle and the goos' squeals.

It's a cool concept, but way too difficult. The delay between the fuse being lit and the cannon firing is very long, so it's hard to time it right. Especially since you're aiming for a tiny pipe at the top of the level. I like the idea, though; with a little more work, this could be really awesome!
