I think, it's a good idea to add new category to addin list that's visible at main page of GooFans. Today we have "Random", "Latest", "Highest Rated" and "Most Downloaded" addins.

"Newest files" contains addins sorted by uploaded date of latest file. When there appears new version of old addin, this addin appears at this list, before new addins (but mostly the list is similar to "Latest" addins). Maybe it can replace random as a default list?
