Goo tool doesn't work!

I have got it on my sister's computer, but not on my own. I need help! Please tell me what's wrong! I installed Gootool and it told me to install the latest Java. I installed that and all and gootool was said to have installed correctly, but when I click on it doesn't open at all! Help!
Try downloading the latest version of java. If that doesn't work, do you have WoG in your sister's computer? If it doesn't gootool wont open as there is no Worldofgoo.exe I think.
