Profile tab enhancements

Ok, finally have to propose a few improvements to the information displayed on the Profile tab.
What about the following new features:
- add play time in WoG standard format (hhh:mm:ss) or add option to choose preferred format
- make all columns sortable (asc/desc)
- display totals (balls/moves/time) for both all or only official levels
When manually sorting columns it should still be possible to reset the list.

#1: It's the standard format used in WoG and on the profile page on the leaderboards. Plus I think it's much easier to remember 181 hours than 7 days, 13 hours as an example. As I said, the current format should be retained, but it'd be nice to be able to choose (or just see both).

#3: Even better, but I'm not sure if I expressed clearly enough what I meant as the issue summary only says "Allow profiles tab to show only official levels". Above all my point was to see totals of the selected subset of levels. At the moment, the total amount of balls collected or moves and seconds needed across all levels can only be seen on the leaderboards.
Btw, when checking for updates, GooTools still tells me that I'm "running the latest version 0.10.4".

#3 Yeah I intended to do that too; I'll update the issue.
Check for updates - I usually don't update this for a few hours after a release, to make sure no show-stopper bugs are reported before sending out notifications to all users.
It's updated now.
Two things about sorting. The current version (297) does not use natural sorting and there is no way to reset the list. Maybe you'd like to look into this again if you find the time.
