keep geting demo warning when I have full game and the game won't start when I press save and start?

and if I try to open the game from the folder I get a messege (This application has failed to start because SDL.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.) I have tryed opining it from the original folder but get the same messege. It works if I lanch the game from the original shortcut and it works but no gootool. please help.

I have tryed re-installing both gootool and world of goo did not help.

PS. I have the CD version I got it at target if this helps.
