Why i cannot install WooGLE

Yesterday, i can install woogle without a problem. now i want to install it again but why when i open woogle it says "this application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect.Reinstalling the application may fix this problem" .then i install it again and when i open again i cant open again like before. please help me. . .
What are the details of your system? (OS, architecture, WooGLE version...)
