Making a level?

Ok I just got world of goo a week or two ago and I have almost beaten it and I have downloaded some leves from goofans and playing them made me want to make my own level. I found a level builder on goofans but the comments said it was kinda glichy is that true or not? Is the one im talking about good for making leves or is there another way to do it? Thanks for reading!
At the moment, it's the only editor around, so you'll have to stick with it. There are rumors that davidc is going to write a new editor some time, though.

I haven't built a level with it so far. Only looked through it, opened some levels and messed around a little. You have to play around a while to get used to it and it's a little buggy. It's hosted at SourceForge: WOG editor.
