Your question would have been answered already if you'd stayed in the channel a little longer.
Use GooTool for this. In the menu Advanced you'll find "Encrypt"->"Encrypt .bin file ..." (use the option fitting your OS). Select input and destination file. That's it.

I had to turn off my computer for some time and I couldn't see answer on channel.
