How to make levels in WoG?

Umm... Hi, I am a new user in goofans website and I started to play the game 3 days ago... I think... I just got bored of the old WoG levels and I looked for a site on the internet and found goofans. I got some premade levels from several users, but I wonder - how did THEY make them?
Can anyone give me some tips & hints to: How to make a WoG level and what addins or things I need to get started!
I will be happy for any advice, that will be at least a bit helpful

Umm, so I got the program, but, how do I create a level, I faund the WOG .exe file, typed the new level name, but, I do NOT know what next... DO NOT be mad, but I am JUST LEARNING
