Error pers2.dat "uncaught exception"

Help me with the file pers2.dat. I can not run "GooTool" and the error "uncaught exception (java.util.nosuchelementexception): null", when I run without "GooTool", I have not downloaded World of Goo Corporation, will be able to help than if I need you to throw off saving the file via e-mail.

Visited, did not work with java and GooTool reinstalled, the result is zero. When I deleted a file pers2.dat (of course made a backup), I run the game, but I do not want to start all over again, and if it ever again, I'll know how.
I can throw off the post pers2.dat file and you say what happened
