Game Crashes on Opening?

Hello! I'm not sure if anyone will see this but I'll ask anyways.

When I try to run this game it crashes during loading. I posted the error message below.

I've tried a few different versions, but I'm trying to get a version with GFWL working so I can earn achievements. I have a few other GFWL games installed so I know it's possible. Unfortunately this game won't even get to the startup screen.

I know nothing about these errors but I should be able to help anyways.
First, what goomods do you have installed, if any?

Hello! Sorry I missed this message, my email put it in the wrong folder.

I have no mods installed, just the vanilla game. I'm using one of the older versions that still has Games for Windows Live enabled.

At first I thought it was because I was using a Windows 10 machine, so I got a Windows 7 out of storage but it crashes in the exact same way. Starts up, freezes, Exception Violation message

I went even further back into storage and got a Windows XP, but it had a different error. (I didn't write it down.. I believe it wouldn't even open the game.)
