I'm on your case. I'll download, poke around, and see if I can find the problem.
If I can't find it, it's not saying very much.

Okay! I found your problem.
Open your body.png file in an image editor and you'll see that it's 32x32 pixels. The oringinal body.png in res/balls/common is 64x64 pixels.
Hope this helps!
Anyway, they're cool-looking, even if they're small...
