My 8th and 9th levels.
Climbing Down
Goo balls are at the edge of spikes-filled hole. They are afraid about going down. But the pipe appeared at the bottom...
For OCD you probably must save only 41 balls.
Walking Bridge
Between two cliffs are lot of platforms, unstable platforms. And 21 goo balls... 4 of them are sleeping... So it might be easy...
For OCD you must save only 20 balls.
2023 update! Some minor fixes.
P.S. Here I wanted to give third level: Tower on the ice, but this idea failed.

Great levels! Challenging, but not impossible. Still very hard though. Took me a while to get quota for Climbing Down. Although they are fun, the OCD's are a little difficult. Do you think you can make them a little lower? I only got 33 balls on Climbing Down...

OCD'd Walking Bridge and did this:

Maxed Climbing Down at 55 balls...

... and am really angry, because I did it in 0 moves TWICE (which was a lot of work) and it kept on crashing just a second after the structure hit the bottom.

Worked fine in the beginning, but then started crashing every time even before I could hit the continue handle. Probably not your fault, but argh...!

Did you mean OCD in 0 moves on Climbing Down or just 0 moves, cause it's easy.

I meant just 0 moves, but looking at your time I was using a different strategy than you. I broke the structure on the left wall to get a triangle first. Just kicking the whole structure over the edge seems to be a lot easier.

From the rather pedestrian player. OCD'ed both. 42 and 20. Both levels hard to OCD.
I'm not so keen on climbing down silouette style. Can't always see which goo type to pick up. Had to timebug back several times to ensure correct type was available.
