This is a level which definitely isn't for beginners, but advanced-level players might get a kick out of this one. The idea here is that the ball needs to be kept in containment, because it can, and most likely will, hinder the initial construction of the tower. The Leap Hole gimmick and the balloons are both needed. Use them wisely.
Also, clouds.

Unfortunately, we tend to be somewhat lenient on publishing goomods that are just slightly-altered clones of original levels (See http://goofans.com/forum/world-of-goo/mods-and-hacks/3759 , point 5 about making your goomods interesting), just because of the sheer number of goomods we have on the site. While the idea of trying to build around a spinning wheel to get to the pipe is a good idea, maybe consider how to do this in an original level, rather than just moving a few Goo Balls around in "Chain." If you want you can edit this level, maybe change the layout a bit, add new signposts, or something like that. We're just unlikely to accept it as-is.
Oh, and for future reference, we also ask for a screenshot of the addin before publishing, as well.

Yeah...so in case it wasn't noticed, I kinda revised the whole thing. The level's not too difficult once you know what you're doing, but it can be hard if you don't know the secrets of the Ivy Goo. Also, clouds and balloons.
