It's my 31th level at GooFans! (Additional level in The Door addin is not included)
Some of Goo Balls were thrown at the distant planet by the huge explosion of World of Goo Corporation! But they need to escape because of dangerous rolling wheel!
OCD 34 balls (max).
As I know, it's world's first level with rolling object (new WoGLE does not like such things)...

davidc didn't add hinge because of bug in WOG...
But... yes, my wheel is not world's first without hinge.

no, he didnt add a hinge because he didnt have to!
the object sits in the middle of a radialforcefield
WOG, however, does have a bug where it would crash when you put the object directly in the middle of the force field

Got OCD with 34 goos, 5 moves, and 34 seconds...and I'm not a Pro at the game. Its easy you just hit the structure to the RIGHT before the wheel catches you and you know the rest...By the way I was using WOG editor yesterday and it said there is an OCD for the final level...is it needed to get the "Serious OCD" badge?

OCD in "final level" (Obserwatory Observation Station?) ??? It's not required for "Serious OCD"... But WoG Editor doesn't read OCDs for original levels!

Always have at least 3 levels in the work shop (Woogle)!
