This is my fourth level and the first time I get to do a fire level that actually makes sense... 
Description from level:
This fairly easy level where you must safely get out 35 ivy gooballs without the balloons popping or the balls exploding from the fire. Use all the resourced you have: Balloons, Bones, and Ivy. (Sounds poetic.) Try to make the most of all the goo ya got.
If you think it's too easy, see the harder version of "Fire!" that will come out later.
No wireless pipe in this one, sorry.

Collected 50. You do realise that the albino goo properties are unconventional? i.e. albinos are normally fire-proof and collectable.
It requires some thought from the player to achieve the best result.
This is your best level to date.
OCD is too easy in 0 moves. May I suggest you up this to 49 (or 50).
There is something not quite right about this level, I get a ghost (small reproduction) of fourth skull collected right where the continue handle appears. I've also noticed a mirror of collected goos at top left (this only happened once).

It's impossible to set OCD 0 moves. OCD is about 40 balls... (got 49)

OCD's not set to 0 moves. It's set at 45 goos. 45 can be achieved easily in 0 moves. Set it at 49 (or 50) then 0 moves is not possible.

Hmm... I think what the guys are trying to say is...
You can complete this level without doing / building anything!
You can just pick up all the goos and drop them on the line of fuses... and finish and get OCD... it doesn't require any skill or luck or anything to complete.
Maybe you should re-think the level.
Also...
GO EASY on the particle effects... 100+ copies of the same smoke effect is TOO MANY!
Oh and... 52 balls collected btw!
