There's a problem with this level which you should have found when you tested the goomod...
It crashes the game at the start of the level.
The problem is..
In the Addin Tab you've set the dir attribute of the level to Goo-gle
but the folder is actually called Gooooogle
The dir for the level MUST exactly match the directory name it's in.
You should be able to fix it by just changing that entry, and remaking the goomod.
Request Publish again when it's fixed.
Also... ALWAYS test your goomods!

i did test it like 15 times and it worked fine it only crashed once because i added
one custom goo which i accedently stuffed up.
but now it is fixed.

Ah, sorry for being so long. Published.
One suggestion, though: Having an OCD of Goo Balls collected in a level with limitless Goo Balls is entirely pointless...
