Please make sure that the addin version in WooGLE and the addin version on this site match. Just changing the version here, but not in the addin itself, causes GooTool to constantly check for addin updates when there are none (And be sure to update the addin version number both places when you do make updates). I changed your "0.1 beta test" download here to be "0.1", to match the addin version that shows up in GooTool when I install it.
Aside from that, it looks like your background isn't large enough to cover the whole level (which you can see in your screenshot), and the pipe up top is broken, and only shows the pipe cap (If you don't want to mess with the pipe too much, or you don't know what's wrong, try the auto pipe button in WooGLE).
Sorry it took so long for me to get to this! I try to be fast at checking the addin queue, but occasionally I slip up.

Let me repeat myself: Be sure the version number here matches the goomod. "alpha" is not a valid version number. I've changed this version number back to 0.1.
