The GEN-U-INE cursor of World of Goo! Available TODAY! 
You can adjust the color, size and breathing speed of this cursor.
And AGAIN, you need to install .NET Framework 4.5.1 (or this link) to run this program.
Any suggestions or bugs are welcome.
Also try out other people's cursors!

It works not so perfectly outside the window. - The one based on XNA Framework. (open source and written in C#)
The cursor seemed to be awesome. But unfortunately it can't be used outside the game. - The one made with Game Maker Pro.
It can't be used outside the game, too.

Hmm, it seems that the cursor doesn't play very nice with two monitors. It works fine with the primary one but just doesn't show up in the second one. This may be something that can't just be fixed because of the way it was made I guess. Just thought I would point it out. Love this so much though! Thank you!

Yeah this issue has been known already. I just don't have time to fix it. I guess I can get some time in the next month.
EDIT: Umm... I guess I can start working on this problem now...
EDIT #2: Guess I'm finished with coding... Now finding a monitor to test...
EDIT #3: Too bad, my cursor and Air Display works perfectly. New version will be published very soon!

This program requires .NET Framework 4.5.1 or greater since V2.1.7.0. Try updating .NET and it should work.

@movildima is right. Check the link in the description to update or simply check your Windows Update and pick .NET Framework 4.5.1.

Quick install, works similar to the real World of Goo mouse, easy to customize, works on Metro [Windows 8] apps, puts the textfield icon over the cursor when needed, and it fits in while I'm writing this!
Good job! And best of all: NO "UNCHANGABLE" FRAMELIMIT!
You deserve a medal for this amazing eyecandy on my desktop.

EDIT: It's either invisible or shows another mouse (if that game has one) over it while inside fullscreen games/apps. Well, there goes the idea of all my games having the World of Goo cursor.

Also with win8 after i press enter to launch it does not work, i use windows 8. it just shows the loading sign.

Love the cursor.
There seems to be a bug when using on Windows 10 with Multiple Monitors each with different display percentage. Do check it when free.
