Added 2DBoy to github

I have added the 2DBoy framework to github and I will add modifications as I get acquainted with it. First thing I want to do is a build system like premake so it can be opened in your favorite dev env.

I got it from their blog so it is still kicking around. I discovered it while googling for a framework to take care of all the boiler plate code. I think some other stuff can be added to like ODE too.
