Why I can't upload a zip file?

It is not because I'm not moderator of goofans. MOM4evr has upload Goo-Cursors, and Daft as Brush (before becoming moderator) has upload WoG Editor 6.1...
Are at goofans more than 2 types of account?

Uploads are restricted to being goomod files. This was to prevent goofans becoming a generic file hosting site and open to abuse.
I can allow certain packages the ability to upload non-goomod files. This is per-package, not per-user. If you have a World of Goo related file that for some reason cannot be a goomod, you can create the package, then e-mail me to request this permission for it.
Note that I will not grant it to packages that ought to be in goomod format.

That's fine, you can upload zips now if you promise to virus scan them first.
