Solution.... STOP DOING THAT!!
Regardless of the forums the chances of what you were trying actually working are minimal...
Raw binary data does not play well with HTML.
If you need to transfer an image... upload to imageshack and paste a link or something.
I had a way to convert it to text and back again.
