Welcoming Unit OCD bug for iPad

At first I figured I was just missing a goo but after repeated efforts and meticulously watching the goo I've come to the conclusion there are only 50 collectible goo in welcoming unit and OCD wants 51. This is different from the console version that wants 61 goo for OCD. Anyone else notice this?
That would be a serious bug! I'll try to get someone to test it.
