Here is the logfile. From what I understand there is nothing wrong with gootool but still it won't start.

As an interesting experiment, can you try "Save and Launch" and then quit GooTool. Does WoG then start? That's the experience I always have under development, but I always assumed it was just Java being weird in my IDE.
I thought of that too but it doesn't work.
Luckely I found the problem! It is weird!!!! Gootool doesn't work because I have installed Makses irrKlang in WoG original directory. Now it makes sense why gootool only works for me below 0.10.3 version, before you added that feature to gootool. Strange to me that it doesn't report an error. hope i helped

Hehe, I had this exact same problem some time ago (http://goofans.com/forum/gootool/suggestions-and-bug-reports/436). I just thought you were actually saying that "GooTool [itself] won't start".

OK yes thB had that problem too. I guess I'll special case GooTool to look for realIrrKlang.dll and copy that in preference if it exists. Dunno why it didn't give you an error though.
