Sorry if I am spaming about issues on goofans, everything I need doesnt seem to work. Anyways, particle editors, I know there is a way to make custom particles, but I cant access particles.xml I tried everything, I searched up how to fix it but nothing helped. So I need a particle editor, like wooble or woogle. Even if it is in beta or early in development I need something like that In order to make progress. I know that the mods are probably inactive and wont read this...
