Every time I search on google or youtube it always shows up as: "Convert to mp3 using VLC" but I need to get: "Convert to VLC file"

And there are no results! I need to change my windows mp3 files to VLC!!! But how?! It doesn't show that anywhere!!! Help!

What are you talking about? VLC is a program to play audio and video files. It can also convert and stream from one type to another. But there is no "VLC file" type.

What's the problem with your MP3 files? They're rather lossy, but converting them at this point won't change anything.

(Faceplam) how can people be so stupid? What do you think the sounds and musics are when you open them on Woogle? Or wog balls have their sounds; they're also VLC file, because the editors doesn't accept Windows mp3, but if they do, they won't play the sounds. This is why we have VLC files, and I just figured it out my self. I converted my Windows mp3 file to VLC mp3 file. VLC does have files!

All I did, to convert is, is open my Windows mp3 file with VLC media player and then clicked 'Save playlist to file' and saved it anywhere I wanted and named it ricochet02; simple as goo pie; even simplier, than doing this same thing the other way round (converting VLC to mp3) Laughing out loud

Seriously, there is no such thing as a "VLC sound file." The sounds for the game are in a format called Ogg Vorbis, which VLC can open, along with MP3, WAV (PCM), FLAC, and several others. It sounds like that you're trying to do is make an OGG file from an MP3, or vice versa, which you can do in VLC.

Ogg is exactly what I was talking about, just the fact I forgot about it and so, sry. Anyway, the sounds work. Btw, did I tell you, that some sounds will be used from Tanki online gun shots. I did get the permission from Tanki online administration for using them in the custom levels. I have proof for this, in this link (image), so I'll be able/allowed to use the sounds on goo balls and stuff (The picture contains my permission asking and their reply):

Okay, that should be fine then. Nice job getting permission to use the sound files, by the way.
