encrypt decrypt problem

I have a problem with wog editor's encrypt and decrypt on right cilck feature. it lets me decrypt files, but it won't let me encrypt files. please help!
On Vista and Win7 if you (the user) have specified a default program to open XML files then that overrides and hides the entry for Woogle's Encrypt...
Sadly there's no easy way to "UN-specify" the default program once you have one.. you (pretty much) have to edit the registry.
Google for "Vista Remove UserChoice"... I found some pretty good instructions... but proceed with CAUTION!
BUT I USE WINDOWS XP!!!!!!!!!!! well i got that out of my system.
You say "Won't let you"...
What options do you get when you right-click an XML file?
