Trying to launch modded levels from WooGLE just launches game

Greetings. I'm trying to help my 7-year old play levels he's been creating. When we try to launch them from the World of Goo Level Editor it just seems to launch the base game and not the modded level. Any idea what we're doing wrong? Thanks.

Check your version of World Of Goo. If you have beaten Chapter 4, the best way to check is to see if you can replay the "MOM's Computer" level. If you can't replay the level, then I can post a linkie of the next version.
