World Of Goo Patch Fullscreen

Hi again,
Happy NEW YEAR TO EVERYBODY 
We've a little problem, we've installed the Patch 1.3 for World of Goo to play our levels directly in the WooGLE, it works, but it reduces the game screen.
When we play a custom level directly from WooGLE it shows us a Windows with the level inside that works properly, but the classic fullscreen of the game there is no more.
This problem continues even if we launch the game normally, without WooGLE, and, in both cases, it never returns as before.
How can we solve it?
Can you help us please? 
Press Alt-Enter (in the game) to toggle between fullscreen and window mode.
