I now go by StrixToxis.
In case anyone else is wondering, put the binltl file in the override directory.
I'm not aware of any platform-specific differences, so it is fine to put the precompiled binary in here.
There was discussion about having an XML format but I don't believe I ever made GooTool compile it.
