World of Goo screen resolution problem

My computer resolution is having some problems. When I open WoG full size it doesn't open 800x600 (4:3) resolution set on gootool. For some reason I cant use the right and left side in game or when windows is starting.(for example, think of the left and right boundary of the box we use in the site, I cant use that part in WoG)
When I alt + enter it its ok as its windowed but when I go full screen again I cant use any part of the left or the center part of the game. The whole game goes to the right side leaving the left and middle black.
I'm used to playing it full screen and I don't like this. I wish I could record it but Fraps makes it looks like its fine in the video. Help please.
That sounds really weird. What resolution is your screen?

1440x900, but world of goo was fine with 800x600 resolution set on gootool..

Have you tried to set resolution by modifying properties/config.txt?

Try playing another game fullscreen, see if you have any problems.
